How do I use Real Video on my account?

Using real video on your website, unlike real audio, requires an extremely complicated process for the normal user and therefore is not realistic for most people. To use real video, you must encode analog tapes (such as 8mm tapes or VHS tapes) into real video files. You can take some digital video files such as MPEGs and convert them over to real video, but this is a complicated process as well.

If you are truly interested in offering real video on your website, we have all of the MIME types installed for it, and we do support real video. We suggest you hire a professional who specializes in digital video to produce your real video files.
