What is the minimum fee due for a new virtual domain or sub-domain account?

The same initial amount is due for both virtual domain and sub-domain accounts. There is a one-time setup fee of $25.00 plus your first 3 months of hosting at $39.95 is due which comes to a total of $144.85. This $144.85 fee will cover your setup and first 3 months of hosting service and includes all of the features we offer--there are absolutely no additional fees!

Keep in mind that virtual domain accounts will also be billed $70 by the InterNIC for their virtual domain name, but sub-domain names are free of charge.

What is the minimum time commitment for new accounts?

We require a minimum 3 month contract for our hosting services. Many of our clients decide to get a better monthly rate by signing up for a longer time commitment. While you may stop using our services at any time, no refunds are given if you choose to quit using our services before your contract expires.

How long does it take to set up my account once I submit my order?

HelpQuest.Com guarantees to have your account set up within 24 hours. However, most of our on-line orders are set up within an hour or two.

If your order is for a virtual domain, you will be given your IP address so that you can access your website through your browser while your domain name is in propagation. Sub-domain orders will have their sub-domain name available as soon as the account is set up.

Does HelpQuest.Com provide Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure my information is kept confidential and inaccessible by any third parties?

HelpQuest.Com accepts orders online via our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This protocol is 128-bit PNP encryption that ensures your information will not be seen by third parties and is just as secure as your local ATM machine. Our SSL Certificate is provided by Thawte Consulting, which is a security firm whose digital certificate is recognized by Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer.

HelpQuest.Com understands that some of our prospective clients may be uneasy about submitting their credit card and/or personal information over the Internet.
