What is the minimum fee due for a new virtual domain or sub-domain account?

The same initial amount is due for both virtual domain and sub-domain accounts. There is a one-time setup fee of $25.00 plus your first 3 months of hosting at $39.95 is due, which totals $144.85. This $144.85 fee will cover your setup and first 3 months of hosting service and includes all of the features we offer--there are absolutely no additional fees!

Keep in mind that virtual domain accounts will also be billed $70 by the InterNIC for their virtual domain name but sub- domain names are free of charge.

What is the minimum time commitment for new accounts?

We require a minimum 3-month commitment for our hosting services. Many of our clients decide to get a better monthly rate by signing up for a longer time commitment. This minimum time commitment is irrevocable and no refunds are given for leaving early.

What credit cards does HelpQuest.Com accept for payment?

HelpQuest.Com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as payment for services.

Does HelpQuest.Com accept personal or commercial checks, money orders, and certified checks for payment?

No, we are unable to accept payment via personal or commercial check. It is our expereince that many organizations and individuals now prefer to pay with a credit card as it is the easiest method of payment. Many banks now offer to customers the ability to have debit cards, which act just like credit cards but the funds are immediately drawn out of your checking account. HelpQuest.Com does accept debit cards and well as credit cards, but we do not accept checks for payment of services.

How long does it take to set-up my account if I pay by e-check or credit card?

Orders submitted before 8:00 p.m. CST, which include payment information (credit card orders), will be processed will be processed and activated within 24 hours. Once your account is set up an activation notice will be sent to you via e-mail including a login, password, and FTP hostname. You can begin uploading files to your new website immediately thereafter. Domain account users will be given a temporary URL (IP address) to access their site via the web prior to the completion of either domain propagation or transfer.

Does HelpQuest.Com provide Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to ensure my information is kept confidential and inaccessible by any third parties?

HelpQuest.Com accepts orders online via our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This protocol is 128-bit PNP encryption that ensures your information will not be seen by third parties and is just as secure as your local ATM machine. Our SSL Certificate is provided by Thawte Consulting, which is a reputable security firm whose digital certificates are recognized by Netsape Navigatior and Microsoft Internet Explorer.

I want to place an order, but not via the Internet. Do you provide other ways to submit my order besides your on-line form?

HelpQuest.Com understands that some of our prospective clients may be uneasy about submitting their credit card and/or personal information over the Internet. Therefore, we can also accept your order via telephone or U.S. mail. Please call (815) 424-0506 to submit an order over the telephone. You can also fill out our order form, print it, and sent it along with your payment to the following address:

How much is the 3-month renewal fee for virtual domain or sub-domain accounts?

The renewal fee for virtual domain and sub-domain accounts is a $119.85 fee. This fee covers all hosting services and features for 3 months and $39.95 per month.

Are the same payment options available for renewal fees?

The same payment options are available for renewal fees as for initial account setup fees. We must receive payment before your renewal date or we will suspend your account so that no one can access your website. Unless we hear from you in writing or over the telephone, we will assume you wish to continue using our services and we will bill you in quarterly, semi-annual or annual periods, depending on what you chose when you placed the original order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as payment for renewal fees.

Will I receive notification of my renewal?

We will assume that you wish to renew your services on an ongoing basis unless we hear from you in writing or over the telephone. You need to acknowledge that you wish to discontinue your services. However, you do need not notify us if you wish to renew your contract.

What do I do if I wish to cancel my hosting service with HelpQuest.Com?

If you wish to cancel your hosting and other services with HelpQuest.Com, just e-mail or call us and indicate that you do not wish to renew your contract once your term is complete. If you have any complaints about our service, please let us know. If possible, please state the reason you are leaving us: we will not try to convince you to stay; rather this information is valuable to us in improving the quality of our services.
