Please remember that HelpQuest does not provide technical support via telephone.   We are unable to provide telephone assistance while keeping our rates as low as possible.   We will answer you technical support questions if you give us a call; however, we will not return technical support questions.  We do provide technical assistance via e-mail. and we do answer all technical support mail not covered on our support website.

If you need to set-up an account or wish to pay with your credit card but do not wish to send your credit card information over the internet, then you may give us a call.
